This Privacy Policy describes how Pezzetti Capital LLC (“Pezzetti Capital,” “we,” “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and safeguards information when you use Pulse Report.

1. Information We Collect

  • Account Data: Name, email address, phone number, password, profile photo, and organization details you provide during sign‑up.
  • Voice and Conversational Data: Audio recordings, transcripts, sentiment, and goal‑related metrics captured when you speak with our voice agents.
  • Usage Data: App interactions, log files, IP address, device identifiers, and crash reports collected automatically.
  • Payment Data: Tokenized card details and billing address handled by our payment processor.
  • Communications: Support requests, feedback, and survey responses you choose to send us.

The Service is intended for adults; we do not knowingly collect data from children under sixteen (16). You must be at least 16 years old (or 16 in the European Economic Area and United Kingdom) to use this Service.

Children’s Data: We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have inadvertently collected such information, we will delete it promptly.

2. How We Use Information

We use personal information to:

  • Provide, personalize, and maintain the Service.
  • Track progress toward goals and generate pulse reports.
  • Improve the accuracy of voice recognition and AI models.
  • Authenticate users and prevent fraud.
  • Send transactional messages (e.g., one-time passwords) and, with your consent, limited marketing communications.
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms.

Voice and conversational data is processed using artificial intelligence models to generate reports and insights. We do not use your personal data to train external third-party models without your explicit consent.

Marketing Communications

With your explicit consent, we may use your email address to send you marketing communications related to the Pulse Report app and service. These communications may include newsletters, feature updates, promotions, and other relevant information.

You may opt out of receiving marketing emails at any time by clicking the “unsubscribe” link included in each message.

Please note that opting out of marketing communications will not affect your receipt of transactional or service-related emails (such as password resets, verification codes, or important service announcements).

3. Legal Bases for Processing (EEA/UK)

We rely on: contract necessity; legitimate interests such as product improvement and security; consent (for optional marketing); and legal compliance.

4. Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell personal information. We share it only with:

  • Service Providers bound by confidentiality, including cloud hosting, analytics, transcription, customer support, and payment processors.

For users in the European Economic Area and United Kingdom, Pezzetti Capital LLC is the data controller responsible for your information

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards—such as encryption in transit and at rest, role‑based access controls, and regular security audits—to protect personal data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; you use the Service at your own risk.

8. International Transfers

Your data may be processed and stored in the United States and other countries. We rely on adequacy decisions, Standard Contractual Clauses, or other lawful mechanisms for cross‑border transfers.

9. Do‑Not‑Track Signals and Cookies

The Service does not currently respond to “Do Not Track” signals. We and our partners use cookies and similar technologies for authentication, analytics, and personalization. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
